Should polygraph tests be ordered?

Again Roy Ator reports: "Monday 3:35 p.m. measured 3/4" following a downpour that lasted almost thirty minutes." Closer in the son reports "10 drops" for Monday, but 2/10ths on Friday. The Brown Street guage in town reports "not even a spit!"

Believe it or not! Roy Ator reports: At 6:00 p.m. after it quit, I had .85" in my gauge. Almost settled the dust in my driveway!
